"Flawless joints that withstand harsh pressure and temperature."
No matter how sturdy a pipe is, if the joints are weak, the safety of the entire plant cannot be guaranteed. RPS supplies high-quality fittings that 100% satisfy strict specifications (ASME, JIS, EN) required in high-temperature and high-pressure oil/gas, petrochemical, power plants, and shipbuilding/marine environments. By providing fittings that are perfectly compatible with our seamless (SMLS) and welded pipe lineups on a turnkey basis, we minimize the procurement hassles for our clients.

Product Introduction

Based on extra-large fitting manufacturing technology using various materials, we supply products from Korean manufacturers who possess the core technologies for fittings across various plants, including petrochemical/refining/gas plants, thermal/nuclear/desalination power, and offshore structures/shipbuilding.

 Classification by joint Method
  • Butt-Weld Fittings

This is a method of directly aligning and welding the bevel end of a pipe with the end face of a fitting. It is mainly used for large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines, offering the most superior structural strength without obstructing the flow of fluid.

  • Major Items: * Elbow: 45°, 90°, 180° (Long Radius / Short Radius)
  • ee & Cross: Equal Tee, Reducing Tee
  • Reducer: Concentric, Eccentric
  • Cap: For closing the pipe ends
  • Forged Fittings

Mainly used for small-diameter high-pressure piping under 4 inches and instrumentation equipment. Manufactured using the forging method of hammering hot metal, it features a dense internal structure and excellent pressure resistance.

  • Socket-Weld: Socket-Weld: A method where the pipe is inserted into the fitting socket and fillet-welded around the outside (ASME B16.11). Mainly used for small-diameter lines of 2 inches (50A) or less, it has outstanding leakage resistance, making it highly effective for high-risk piping networks handling flammable, noxious, and radioactive liquids and gases.
  • Threaded: A method where the fitting is securely joined without welding using machined threads (such as NPT, PT) on the pipe (ASME B16.11). Like socket welding, it is mainly used for small-diameter lines under 2 inches (50A). It is essentially applied in explosive hazard zones where welding (hot work) is strictly prohibited, galvanized piping systems, low-pressure utility lines (water, air), and sections requiring frequent disassembly and regular maintenance.
  • Major Items: Elbow, Tee, Coupling, Half-Coupling, Boss, Union, Plug, etc
